You can opt in to the beta on the My Profile page. (Note that the opt-in is only for your account and will not affect other users at your camp. You can opt out at any time via the same link.)
We're excited to hear your feedback on this new layout - feel free to e-mail us at support@campmanagement.com, or use the icon in the CampSite navigation bar to submit feedback.
The beta has been rolled out to over 20 pages at launch, including the Camper and Staff profiles. We'll be updating more pages with this design over the next few months. Be sure to log in with your smartphone or tablet as well!
Other improvements in this release include:
- Passcodes are now reportable via Advanced Reports. You can find them under 'Enrollment' and the year tab under fields and filters.
- Family balance fields are now available as merge fields for family e-mails, texts and documents.
Release Notes - Novemeber 23, 2016
Our latest release includes several new features and improvements:

- A new warning is presented at the top of the 'Auto pay' batch page if any families in the batch have a $0 or negative balance for the year, to help prevent accidental overcharging.
- A family's balance for a given payment schedule is now displayed next to the name of the payment schedule when creating a new payment or refund from the Family Profile.
Release Notes - October 27, 2016
Our latest release includes several improvements to the batch invoicing process, including:
- The ability to set all invoice amounts to a percentage of a family's balance for that payment schedule
- The option of not including the payment coupon when sending batch invoices
Several improvements have been made on the Family Profile 'Transactions' tab:
- Electronic payments (‘Credit card’ and ‘Checking account’ payments) are now presented as one line item on the Family Profile. The category breakdown and descriptions for the individual transactions that constitute the payment can be viewed and edited in the transaction info modal.

- ‘Payment schedule’ has been added as a filter and a field to the Transaction Log, allowing you to easily see which transactions are not assigned to payment schedules.
- The maximum length of dropdown list values has been increased from 30 to 50 characters.
Release Notes - October 10, 2016
Our latest release includes several improvements to the CampSite financial system, including:
- As of this release, the accrual accounting module has been merged into our core financial system, and activated for all existing camps. This module provides detailed reporting on earnings for individual sessions, as well as allowing them to assign discounts and extras to specific sessions for reporting purposes. The module will be automatically enabled for all existing camps, as well as new camps moving forward. We believe that integrating this system into the standard Campsite financial system will help address the camp program reporting challenges that many of our camps face. Camps that are satisfied with their existing financial system and reporting can continue using CampSite financials as they have been, with no changes required. This change does not impact existing financials or reporting for camps that do not wish to take advantage of it.
- Family ID (or Group / Guest ID for Events reporting) has been added as an additional field to all existing financial reporting.
Other updates include:
- All yearly tabs are now shown on the Staff profile, regardless of a staff member's status for the given year.
Release Notes - September 20, 2016
- Our latest release introduces the option of yearly deposits, for camps that wish to capture deposits once per year rather than per enrollment. In CampSite's current enrollment process, deposits are collected for each enrollment option a camper selects. For camps that have many programs throughout the year, this may not be the ideal way to collect deposits. For camps that want to capture only one deposit for each camper per camp season, yearly deposits are now available.
- Yearly deposits can be any fixed amount, and can be collected once per family or once per camper for a given year. When a yearly deposit is enabled for a given year, deposits for enrollment options are automatically disabled.
- If you are interesting in switching to this new deposit mode and have questions about how this may work for your camp, please feel free to contact our support team.
- Bunking terminology ("Division", "Bunk" and "Bunking Boards") can now be customized for your camp. The new names will appear anywhere these terms are used in CampSite. You can configure these custom terms in Admin -> Campers -> Bunking Boards.
- The "locked" / "unlocked" status of medical profiles for individual campers and staff is now reportable through Advanced Reports.
Our development team is hard at work on major initiatives for the 2017 season - stay tuned for more details coming in the near future!
Release Notes - August 15th, 2016
Our latest release includes several improvements to the invoicing and auto pay process in CampSite.
- CampSites payment schedule system is based on preconfigured dates that are determined when the payment schedule is created. Camps are currently able to create invoices for parents on other dates, but only on a family-by-family basis. With Sunday's release, camps will be able to generate invoices for non-primary payment schedule dates in batch from the Family summary report. Any non-primary dates which have invoices will be able to run through CampSites standard generate, send and auto pay process, just like a standard payment schedule date.
- We've also added an Auto Pay Report, which allows you to review the results of an auto pay batch any time after running it. Users will be taken to this new report immediately after submitting an auto pay batch, and be able to get real-time results as payment methods are charged.
- Another new feature with this release is the ability to download the .pdf of an entire invoice batch after it has been generated. This reprint will be accessible by double-clicking the invoice icon next to the generated date on the payment schedule management page.
Our financial improvements initiative will wrap up over the next few months - stay tuned for some exciting announcements about what's coming this winter!
Release Notes - July 31, 2016
Our latest release includes several improvements, the most significant of which is support for multiple payment schedules. This is a highly requested feature which we are happy to be able to make available for the 2017 enrollment season. The new functionality was described in detail in our latest financial updates e-mail, which can be found here.
Enrollment extra descriptions are now composed in a WYSIWYG editor, meaning users can use advanced formatting as well as upload photos of the extras (e.g. camp merchandise, additional activities, etc.) to be shown to the parent during enrollment.
You can now provide custom "Terms and conditions" language in the last step of the staff application, which the applicant must agree to before completling the application. This language can be configured under Admin-> Staff-> Application: Instructions.
Financial improvements release for Sunday, July 31st
This weekend marks the second release of our planned financial system improvements.
We are very excited to launch one of our most highly requested features, multiple payment schedule support!
One of our goals at CampSite is to support the broadest range of camps possible - from traditional, full season residential programs, to week long day camps - and everything in-between. With the introduction of multiple payment schedule support, we build on that mission by allowing our customers to use CampSite in ways that were not previously possible. Camps can handle financials and invoicing for several programs in one system, allowing a family to, for example, pay off their summer camp balance while maintaining a separate set of invoices for school.
The new system is easy to setup and configure - payment schedules operate in the same way they did before, but can now be organized into groups, such as “Camp” and “School”. Each enrollment option in CampSite is then associated with one of these groups, and transactions for that enrollment option (tuition charges, enrollment extras, deposits) are automatically added to the correct payment schedule.
When a parent checks out, they are prompted to select a payment schedule for each group they are enrolling in. For subsequent enrollments in the same group, the system works as it does now - the family will remain locked in to the payment schedule for that group, and any new transactions will automatically be added to that schedule.
For camps that do not need the complexity of multiple payment schedules, nothing changes. Existing payment schedules will be migrated to the new system without needing to take any action. The tools and workflow will remain the same for managing payment schedules, generating invoices and running auto pay batches.
If you have any questions or feedback on this new functionality, please feel free to reply directly to this e-mail.
Release Notes - July 9, 2016
We've got a bunch of new features included in our latest release, available to start using immediately!
Enrollment option tags
For camps with many enrollment options, it can be difficult for parents to find the program they're looking for. Enrollment option tags were designed to help solve that problem.
Enrollment option tags are created in categories (e.g. "Sports", "Seasons", etc.) and then applied to enrollment options. For example, a camp that runs many sports programs may create tags in the "Sports" category called "Baseball", "Basketball" and "Soccer". Parents are able to filter enrollment options by these tags, in order to see only the programs they are interested in. You can manage enrollment option tags and assign them to enrollment options from the "Step 9: Enrollment options" page.
Custom payment methods
Camps are now able to define any number of custom payment and refund methods. For camps already using the 'Other' payment method, or a custom name for 'Other', this method has been automatically added to the new list of methods. You can manage your custom methods from Admin -> Campers -> Financial: Payment methods for Campers, and Admin -> Events -> Financial: Payment methods for Events. Methods can be shown or hidden on the enrollment form on an individual basis, and custom instructions can be provided and shown for each method.
Text messaging dashboard
For camps using our brand new text messaging module, we've added a new text messaging dashboard for families and staff. This dashboard allows you to view all responses from parents and staff, and reply directly from the dashboard. It's an easy way to track all text messaging correspondence in one place. The dashboard can be accessed from the Campers or Staff menu in the top navigation.
Accrual periods
For camps using our accrual accounting system, accrual periods are a way to map camp sessions to "real world" financial periods (or any other desired label). For more information on accrual periods, please see the financial updates e-mail sent out earlier this week. Accrual periods can be managed from the Financial Dashboard.
Financial improvements release for Saturday, July 9th
This weekend (Saturday, July 9th) marks the first release of our planned financial system improvements. As with most CampSite releases, there will be no impact on system availability during the update.
The most significant new feature in this release will be the introduction of custom payment methods. In our current system, camps are limited to selecting ‘Other’ when posting a payment or refund that is not made by one of our standard methods. Many camps require more detailed reporting - whether it’s wire transfer, cash, money order - or any other non-standard method. With this new release, camps can define any number of methods, as well as special instructions and behavior for each one. For example, you can decide to offer ‘Wire transfer’ as an option on the enrollment form, but keep ‘Cash’ as a method only administrators can use.
Note that the existing ‘Other’ method will be copied over to this new system, so that existing data will not be affected. If your camp currently uses a custom label for ‘Other’, that custom label will be copied over and associated with its existing transactions.
This release is also the first of several upgrades to our accrual accounting system. We’ve gotten a tremendous amount of great feedback on this system over the past few years, and we think the improvements planned will make this accounting method in CampSite much simpler to use, and easier to generate meaningful reporting on.
The first new accrual accounting feature to be aware of is accrual periods. Accrual periods are a way to map your camp sessions to camp-defined labels. Based on our conversations with existing accrual accounting users, we expect that these labels will mostly be periods of time, such as calendar months or fiscal quarters - but they can be any label that makes sense for your camp. For example, a camp may decide that Sessions 1, 2 and 3 should be mapped to the “June” accrual period, and Sessions 4, 5 and 6 should be mapped to “July”. This mapping does not affect how the accrual accounting system works in CampSite, but is an additional layer on top to enable more useful reporting. This feature is optional, but recommended to take advantage of improved financial reporting coming later in the summer.
One of the most confusing aspects of our current accrual accounting system is the way in which payments, refunds and credits are accrued to sessions. Because it’s not always clear which sessions these transactions should be accrued against, many of these accrual assignments must be done manually by users in CampSite via our “accrual assigner” tool.
In our conversations with camps who are currently using this accounting method, it’s clear that accrual assignments are only meaningful in CampSite for charges and discounts - transactions that CampSite can accurately accrue on its own in the vast majority of cases.
Starting at the end of July, CampSite will no longer support mapping payments, refunds or credits to sessions for accrual purposes. Reporting on existing accrual assignments for these transactions will remain available until later in the summer, and we will update users via this e-mail list before that is scheduled to occur.
If you have any questions or feedback about these changes, you can respond directly to this e-mail. Thank you, and we hope you’re having a great summer!
Release Notes - June 28th, 2016
We have a minor release to kick off the summer - there are many exciting new off-season features coming in time for Fall 2016, so stay tuned!
Transaction categories are now yearly
You can now turn on and off certain transaction categories for particular years - this allows you to maintain an accurate transaction history, while clearing up things for future years.
Admin: Family tab
We've added a 'Families' tab to the Admin page - this new tab contains all of the family-related items that previously lived in the 'Campers' tab (e.g. Saved e-mails, Documents, etc.)
New event: Camper enrollment inactivity
We've added another new event to our events / actions sytem: camper enrollment inactivity. This event is triggered when a new camper has not enrolled for a given number of days. You can create a new action (send a saved e-mail, create a new task, or both!) via Admin-> Campers-> Tasks.
Release Notes - May 25, 2016
E-mail signatures
E-mail signatures are a way to add custom signatures to e-mail sent from CampSite, without having to create duplicate copies of your camp's e-mail template! A new dropdown on the e-mail composition page allows users to select the appropriate signature - the selected signature will be added after the body of the e-mail. The signature will also be preserved when creating or updating a saved e-mail. E-mail signatures can be created and managed from Admin -> DB Management -> E-mail signatures.
"Read-only" printed forms
Many camps use the CampSite custom forms system to upload informational material for campers and staff - for example, a camper handbook or staff reference guide. Printed forms can now be set to "read-only" mode, which hides the "Upload" button that may confuse parents or staff when downloading read-only material.
Easier tour rescheduling
You can now reschedule a tour from the Family profile with one-click, rather than having to remove the existing tour appointment then add the new one in separate steps.
Staff-driven attendance check-in by bunk
Users can now check in campers by bunk via the staff-driven attendance check-in tool. This is in addition to the "check in by division" feature included in our last release. Bunk name can now also be included on the attendance report.
New enrollment discount criteria
A new automatic discount criteria is now available: number of enrollment options matching a given pattern. This is a powerful new criteria that matches enrollment option names against provided terms. For example, a discount could be given to campers who enroll in 3 enrollment options containing the term "Morning" in their name. If you'd like help setting up discount criteria to take advantage of this new feature, please contact our support team.
Release Notes - May 8, 2016
This release features major new functionality and improvements to our attendance module for Summer 2016!
Improvements to staff-driven attendance
Staff-driven attendance has received several improvements, including the ability to check in campers by division, filter by camper name and undo check-ins.
Paper-based attendance logging
Camps can now generate paper attendance logs, for checking in campers "offline". Paper check-ins can be logged into CampSite after the fact via the Camper Profile, which now allows manual selection of check-in date + time.
Camper attendance logs
You can now print or export a camper's attendance log for the summer from their Camper Profile. Camper attendance logs contain the details of each of the camper's check-ins for the summer.
Attendance conflict report
The new Attendance conflict report allows camps to compare check-ins across checkpoints for a given day, to find potential discrepencies or errors.
Disable Attendance PINs for parents and Authorized pickups
If your camp uses Authorized pickups but does not use parent-driven check-in, attendance PINs can be disabled from the Admin -> Campers -> Attendance tab. Once disabled, authorized pickups will not receive their PINs via text message when added to the system.
Attendance data on bus reports
For camps who have both the transportation and attendance modules, you can now incorporate attendance data into bus rosters and counts, to omit any campers who are absent for a given day.
New event: Staff application inactivity
We've added another event to our new events / actions system: staff application inactivity. This feature allows you to automatically send a saved e-mail or assign a task to a CampSite admin user when a staff applicant is inactive on their application for a selected number of days.
Customizable gender dropdown
For camps who wish to customize the 'Gender' dropdown, this can now be done via the 'Genders' dropdown list (in Admin -> DB Management -> Dropdown lists).
Minimum staff application age
You can now restrict the age of staff applicants - applicants who are not older than the desired age will receive an error message after submitting the first page of the staff application. This setting can be managed via Admin -> Staff -> Application: Settings.
Release Notes - April 15, 2016
This release is the third and final of our major Spring transportation updates.
If you missed our "What's new in Transportation for 2016?" webinar on April 20th, you can view the recording here!
This release focuses on improvements and additional functionality for the transportation form.
Custom transportation questions
Custom questions can now be added to the transportation form. You can create and manage custom questions on the session group profile. Responses can be viewed on the camper profile and in Advanced Reports.
Require same bus / bus stop for both directions
You can now require parents to select the same bus for both arriving and departing, as well as the same bus stop (if the bus is a 'Defined stops' route). You can enable this requirement on the session group profile.
Transportation exceptions report
The new transportation exceptions report provides a list of transportation exceptions for a given day, as well as the camper's original transportation information.
Advanced Reports: New fields and mass editing for transportation
"Vehicle name" (for 'Central location' and 'Door-to-door' routes), "Stop name" (for 'Defined stops' routes) and "Stop time" (for 'Central location' and 'Defined stops' routes) are now available as Advanced Reports and merge fields.
You can now also edit transportation methods, bus assignments and bus stop / vehicle assignments from Advanced Reports. You can access this functionality by adding 'Method', 'Bus name', 'Stop name' and 'Vehicle name' to an Advanced Report and then clicking the 'Edit' button.
Bus counselor improvements
We've added a number of new features to help manage bus counselor assignments. Bus counselors can now be assigned to specific stops on 'Defined stops' routes. Bus counselors assignments can be viewed and managed from the Staff Profile, as well as viewed from Advanced Reports.
Camper notes in Advanced Reports
You can now add camper notes as a field in Advanced Reports, via the new 'Notes' tab.
Custom e-mail for new staff applicants
You can now customize the e-mail new staff applicants receive, via Admin -> Staff -> Application: Settings.
Release Notes - March 22nd, 2016
This release is the second of our Spring transportation updates. This release focuses on improvements to transportation reporting. Transportation reports are available from a new section at the top of the Transportation Dashboard.
Turn-by-turn directions
You can now generate full turn-by-turn directions for several routes at once. The results include an overview map, followed by step-by-step directions between each stop.
Bus rosters
Bus rosters are a quick and simple way to generate list of campers for each bus and vehicle. Several options are available, including generating rosters for a single day or across an entire week.
Bus counts
The bus counts report provides a quick overview of bus capacity, availability and ‘percentage full’ for a selected day or date range.
ACH returns
For camps that have integrated with the Constellation Payments gateway and have enabled ACH payments, notifications are now available for returned payments. You can opt-in to these notifications in the user management tab (Admin -> DB Management -> Users). Notifications are delivered every Monday morning and contain a list of any returns that have occured in the past 30 days.
Sibling discount behavior update
The behavior of enrollment discounts that utilize a ‘sibling’ discount has been updated to reflect the most common use cases of this criteria. The new behavior does not apply sibling discounts to additional enrollments by the same camper.
Archiving enrollment options
Enrollment options can now be ‘archived’ from the enrollment options management page. Archiving replaces the active / inactive setting that was previously available. Archiving an enrollment option has the same effect as making it inactive would have, but now hides it from view on the management page to make the list of options easier to navigate.
E-mail notifications when tasks are created
Task assignees will now be notified via e-mail when a task is created and assigned to them.
Release Notes- March 2nd, 2016
We are very excited to introduce the first of several releases that are focused on improving our transportation module!
We launched the new transportation module in Spring 2015, with the goal of providing transportation options capable and flexible enough to handle the needs of any camp, no matter how demanding. The concepts we put in place are powerful - and we will continue to build a rich suite of functionality around those ideas. We captured a tremendous amount of user feedback and have organized the resulting improvements into three major topics:
- Improvements to bus routing
- Improved reporting
- Customizing the transportation form
Today’s release addresses the first topic - improvements to bus routing. With our three route types (Central location, Defined stops and Door-to-door), we believe CampSite is able to handle bus routing for almost any scenario.
Here are the major improvements in today’s release that are now available:
- Transportation Dashboard refresh - We've redesigned the Transportation Dashboard to support upcoming improvements, including bus linking (detailed below).
- Bus and vehicle profile layout refresh - We've cleaned up and improved the layout for bus and vehicle profile pages, and standardized it across all bus and vehicle types.
- Link arriving and departing buses - You can now link an arriving bus to its departing counterpart (and vice-versa). Creating this link will allow for improved reporting capability as we roll out those improvements in our next several releases. You can create these links from the bus profile (via the 'Manage bus...' dialog). Once buses are linked, they will appear together on the Transportation Dashboard bus list below. We encourage users to create those bus links now for their existing buses.
- Door-to-door routing improvements - We've made significant improvements to the way door-to-door routes can be built and managed in CampSite. In the previous version of door-to-door routing, stops were set in the order that was calculated to be the quickest route by our Google Maps integration. This will still be the default behavior, but stops can now be manually reordered and saved, either on the Vehicle Wizard during the route creation process, or after the fact, from the Vehicle Profile. Stops for bus counselors can now be set to any position in the route. You can also clone a vehicle to the opposite direction - either reversing the stop order, or keeping it the same.
- Door-to-door Vehicle Wizard - The tool for selecting campers and bus counselors on the Door-to-door Vehicle Wizard has been improved, to allow for the selection or deselection of individual stops (the drawing tool remains available for selecting many campers at once).
- Enrollment option as transportation charge / discount criteria - We've added the ability to use the enrollment option selected as a new type of criteria for transportation charges and discounts (these can be set up from the relevant session group's management page).
We’re very excited for camps to start using this new functionality, and look forward to your feedback. (The next two rounds of improvements, addressing reporting and the transportation form, will be discussed in detail here when they are released).
Events and actions
One of our goals at CampSite is to help you operate your camp as a business more effectively. You may be familiar with tools like SalesForce that help organize and automate common business tasks. Today, we’re introducing events and actions, which will serve as key concepts in those efforts moving forward.
Events are, as you might expect, things that happen in CampSite. A parent submits a request for information. A staff member finishes their application.
Actions let you tie into these events, in order to automate common business functionality. In CampSite, actions can be set to occur either immediately after the event, or a specified number of days later. Today, on launch, we’re offering two action types we think will be incredibly useful: generating a task, and sending a saved e-mail.
An example:
- The Smith family submits a request for information to Camp Firewood.
- An action has been configured to immediately assign a task to the camp office manager to call the family and schedule a tour.
- Another action has been configured that will automatically send a follow up e-mail 14 days later to remind the family of your open house dates.
We’d love to get your feedback on what other events you’d like to be able to hook into, and what other actions should be available in order to automate common business processes at your camp.
Release Notes - February 12, 2016
Advanced Reports Enrollment Option Restrictions
Advanced Reports criteria can now be applied as restrictions on Enrollment Options:
- On the Enrollment Options setup page (Admin > Campers > Setup Wizard > Step 9: Enrollment Options), double-click the grey dots next to an enrollment option, then select the ‘Restrictions’ tab. In addition to the existing Age, Grade and Gender restrictions, you may select a saved Advanced Report that a camper must appear on, or must not appear on, in order to see the Enrollment Option.
- Campers must meet all restrictions on the Enrollment Option in order for it to be available during the enrollment process.
Advanced Reports Grouping
Advanced Reports results can now be ‘grouped’ by any field to create separate lists.
- After adding a field to an Advanced Report, double-click the icon to organize results by that field. Grouped fields will be indicated with the icon.
- Each field grouped field will have its own section. Grouping multiple fields will return a group for each combination.
- If multi-value fields are used and separated, individuals will appear in each group for which they match field criteria.
Missing Forms Report
A new option is available above Advanced Reports results to generate a list of missing forms for all campers on the report. This report can be used to e-mail families with reminders of any Permanent, Yearly, Session, Medical or Transportation Forms that have not been submitted. The forms must be active in order to appear on this report.
Notes Categories
Notes on Profile Pages may now be categorized in order to allow for better organization and permissions.
- A new user permission has been added in Admin > DB Management > Users to allow for Administrative creation of Notes Categories for Campers, Staff, Alumni or Events. Once this permission has been enabled, the user will be able to create Notes categories in the corresponding section of the Admin menu.
- When creating a new category, you'll be prompted to select the users who have access to the category. Users can be added to or removed from existing categories by double-clicking the pencil next to the category.
- On the Notes tab of a profile page, a dropdown is available to view all notes in a specific category. Adding a new note will put it in the category selected.
- Double-clicking the pencil next to a note will allow you to move it to another category.
- When printing notes, users will be prompted to select the categories to include in the printed batch.
Product Updates
Miscellaneous product enhancements, including:
- Payments and Refunds may now be reversed on the Financial tab of the Family Profile for use on voided or returned transactions. Reversing electronic transactions does not void them within the payment gateway.
- Staff phone number can now be used in the search bar
- The Events Dashboard login page can optionally include links to the Group or Guest registration or request for information forms. These are toggled in Admin > Events > Events Dashboard.
- New multi-value fields for “Division name” and “Bunk name” have been added to Camper Advanced Reports
Release Notes - January 27, 2016
Advanced Reports
Several updates have been made to the management of saved Advanced Reports:
- Advanced Reports Categories are now available for improved organization of saved reports. Categories can be created by selecting “Advanced Reports Management” from the Advanced Reports page. You will be prompted to select a category when saving a new report.
- Existing reports can be moved between categories on the Advanced Reports Management page by double-clicking the pencil icon next to a report
- The permissions model has been updated to allow for Read and Admin permissions:
- When a new report is saved, the user who created the report will be considered a report Admin. All other users will be given Read permissions.
- Users with Admin permissions can change the permissions on a report by clicking the “Permissions” button on the Advanced Reports page, or by double-clicking the lock next to a report on the Advanced Reports Management page.
- Permissions can be added for a single user to multiple reports using the “Mass permissions changes” option on the Advanced Reports Management page.
Custom Fields
Updates to custom fields, including:
- Year and Session fields can now be associated with specific database years or sessions by double-clicking the pencil next to a custom field in the Admin menu. Fields will only show on profile pages and in Advanced Reports for years are sessions they are linked with.
- Permanent custom family and camper fields now have “Read-only” and “Edit” options for visibility on the Parent Dashboard.
- Family fields can be viewed or edited in the “My Account” section of the Parent Dashboard.
- Camper fields can be viewed or edited by selecting a camper within the “My Account” section of the Parent Dashboard.
Release Notes - January 9, 2016
Forms Updates
Several updates have been made to the Camper and Staff Forms:
- Custom Camper Forms have new settings available to prompt and require forms to be completed during the enrollment process. Forms collected during the enrollment process will be presented between the ‘Questions + Extras’ and ‘Checkout' steps.
- Instructions can be added to this step of the enrollment process in Admin > Campers > Parent Dashboard.
- Camper and Staff Forms may now have restrictions applied, allowing them to only display for individuals appearing, or not appearing, on a specific Advanced Report.
- A new field has been added to Camper Advanced Reports for “Enrollment option + bundle name (including not checked out)”. This can be used to filter for specific enrollment options that campers selected to prompt for forms to be completed during enrollment based on specific enrollment options.
- Advanced Reports that are used for form restrictions cannot be deleted until the form restriction is removed.
- Camper Medical Forms can be integrated into, and required, during the enrollment process with settings found in Admin > Camper > Medical.
- Each section of the Health History Form has settings available by double-clicking the pencil icon to edit the form settings.
- If the Camper Health Care Form is enabled for parents, additional settings will appear to display and require the form during enrollment.
- Staff Medical Forms may be made available to staff before they are hired using a new setting in Admin > Staff > Medical.
- For camps using Attendance and Authorized pickups, additional settings have been added to Admin > Campers > Attendance to capture authorized pickup information during enrollment, and require up to 2 authorized pickups be added.
Product Enhancements
Miscellaneous product updates, including:
- Parent names and phone numbers may now be used in the search bar. These results will populate in the 'Families' section of the search results.
- Administrators will receive e-mails daily at 7:00 AM with any tasks assigned to them for that day, as well as any past due tasks.
- A new option have been added to Admin > Staff > Miscellaneous to only show new staff applicants in the Staff Lead Browser.
