Our latest release includes several new features and improvements:
- You can now add installment fees to invoices on the "Generate invoices" step of the invoice batch process. Users can select the category and description of the installment fee. The installment fee amount will be added to the invoice and posted as a charge on the family's profile.
- You can now download financial statements in batch, through Advanced Reports. Users can generate any report, and then use the new 'Statements' button to generate statements for the families in the report. The user will receive an e-mail linking them to a .zip file of the statement .pdfs.
- Electronic payments are now combined in one line item on the Group and Guest profiles, allowing users to manage the category breakdown of these payments.
