Release Notes - February 10th, 2026

The Camp Shop module allows you to offer items like apparel, gear, and camp trips directly on the parent dashboard. Parents will be able to make purchases at any time! In this module, you can manage inventory levels and secure revenue upfront.
The Camper Spending Money module allows admin users to track spending money and transactions made by campers throughout the summer.

In order to get started admin with DB Management permissions will need to activate Camp Shop (FYI, same process for Camper Spending money) for the users they want to have access. The steps to activate are as follows:

• Go to Admin>DB Management>Users and open up a User profile.  Here you will see the new module "Shop"
• Expand the module in the permissions sections and Enable it with the select amount of permissions
• If a user is logged in at the time they will need to log out and back in in order to see the new Module listed at the top navbar.
