Medical: Group camper and staff medical reports by assigned bus. This update introduces new options on the Medical dashboard that allows camps to print and group Medical Profiles and the Medical Awareness List by assigned bus.
Our new Agent Module is currently in Beta. With this release we have made improvements to the module that allows us to offer it to all who are interested! The agent enrollment wizard tool has been upgraded to properly reflect credit card processing fees, custom payment entries, and discount options. New automated blocks have been added to prevent submission attempts whenever required payment fields are left empty by the agent.

Advanced Reports Field/Filter Window Improved for Tablet Sized Screens: We have upgraded the advanced reports page layout for tablet devices to ensure the field/filter window aligns in the center of the display instead of appearing off-center
Cleaned Up “Dashboard Theme” and “Branding” Tabs: The layout for the “Dashboard Theme” and “Branding” tabs in Admin > DB Management has been improved. We eliminated redundant instructional texts, organized settings, and aligned button labels.
Camp Shop: Fulfillment Status Logged in Camper History Tab: Every camp shop item status update made by an admin will now be recorded in the Camper Profile History tab.
Camp Shop: Credit card disclosure added to camp shop checkout. The credit card surcharge disclosure message configured in Admin > Campers > Financial: Communication will now generate inside the payment modal of the shop checkout screen.
“Required” tag added to Camper and Staff Dashboard Forms tabs: The "Required" tag indicator will now display next to required forms when accessed from the Parent or Staff Dashboard Forms Tabs.
Merge field capabilities added to “Paragraph” form question type: Admins can now insert merge fields into a paragraph type question when creating a camper, family, or staff web form. When these forms are pulled up by parents or staff, the text will replace placeholders with real data such as names, ages, etc.
Camp Today: Failure safeguards added for Facial Recognition feature. The background upload process for the Facial Recognition feature has been reinforced with error handling and retry guidelines. Posts that fail to process will now display a status to admins along with a manual link to resubmit the photos for matching.
