π New Features π
- Enrollment: Bundles can open and close on their own: Each enrollment bundle can have an optional start and end date and time. A bundle shows on the Parent Dashboard only while it's open, so one enrollment option can release different bundles on different days. A parent who selects a bundle while it's open can still finish enrolling after it closes. Admins enrolling campers from the admin side aren't limited by these times. The Rollover Wizard can carry the times forward to next year or clear them.
- Advanced Reports: Export camper reports to Google Sheets: A new "Export to G-Sheets" tab sits next to "Export to CSV" in Advanced Reports. Each admin connects their Google account once from their profile. Each export copies the report into a new Sheets tab and doesn't stay in sync with CampSite. The export currently works for camper reports only. To have it turned on for your camp, please contact support@campmanagement.com.
β Improvements β
- Advanced Reports: Download Links Now Last 7 Days: Download links emailed from Advanced Reports for documents, form submissions, labels, photos and exports expired after 1 hour and then showed an "Access denied" error. They now stay active for 7 days, so you no longer need to request the files again if the email arrives late or you open it later.
- System: Clearer Error Messages: Error messages across CampSite are now clearer and easier to understand. Declined or failed card and bank payments now explain the reason in plain language, such as an expired card or a billing address that doesn't match.
β Helpful Reminders β
- Internet Browsers: Keep your browser up to date: CampSite runs in your web browser, so we recommend updating it regularly, as older versions may not be optimized for CampSite. Google, Apple, Microsoft and Mozilla also make big changes to their browsers that can cause unexpected behavior we can't control. If something looks or acts oddly, updating your browser is a good first step.
- Knowledge Base: Bug fixes and minor improvements: Notes on every bug fix and smaller improvement are posted in the Bug Fixes 2026 section of our knowledge base, even when a release doesn't get a pop-up window here.
