• Direct Push Notifications from Reports: You can now send mobile push notifications directly to families, campers, and staff from within your advanced reports. This feature includes the ability to save message templates for future use and select specific recipients who have synced their mobile apps.

➕ Product Enhancements and Improvements

• ATTENTION Camps processing registration in AUTOMATIC enrollment processing mode that offer ENROLLMENT OPTION SPECIFIC ENROLLMENT EXTRAS (extras added in Admin > Campers > Setup Wizard > Step 9): Our recent release introduced a bug that caused enrollment extra financial charges to not trigger on the family profile when certain criteria were met. • International Payment Compatibility: System payment processing now supports three-digit country codes to improve the success rate of international credit card transactions. This update specifically reduces address-related declines for families residing outside the United States.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Staff Department and Session Management: Administrators can now reuse department names across different sessions without encountering validation errors. This update aligns the behavior of editing departments with the existing logic for creating new ones.
• Address Autofill and Form Submission: The enrollment button now reliably activates when address information is filled using the Google Maps autofill feature. This improvement eliminates the need for manual keystrokes to trigger form validation on address-required pages.
• Waitlist Tuition Modal Restoration: The ability to update tuition plan rates via the administrative modal has been restored within the waitlist wizard. Administrators can once again adjust rates seamlessly during the checkout phase for waitlisted families.
• Enrollment Extra Accuracy: Manual enrollment wizards now strictly respect the selection or deselection of enrollment extras performed by administrators. Additionally, inactive extras are now visible within the wizard to provide a complete view of available options.
• Permission-Based Error Handling: Accessing financial reports directly via URL now triggers the correct permission error for unauthorized users. This update ensures that security protocols are strictly enforced across all reporting modules.
  Reporting Data Integrity: Refined logic in the staff advanced reports prevents the duplication of staff rows when salary-specific filters are active. Users can now generate accurate, single-row summaries for filtered salary data.
• Advanced Discount Calculations: Automated discounts based on session names and counts now calculate accurately regardless of the order in which sessions are selected. This ensures fair and precise pricing for families participating in multi-session programs.
