Why myCAMPapp Might Not Be Appearing in the App Store


If you are not seeing your myCAMPapp in the App Store, it may be because your team needs to renew your Apple Developer membership. When that expires, the app is automatically removed from the store.
 
You can sign the Apple Developer Agreement by logging in to the Apple Developer website or the App Store Connect portal using your Account Holder Apple ID. A banner at the top of the screen will prompt you to review and accept the updated terms.
 
Steps to Sign the Agreement:
 

  • Sign In: Go to the Apple Developer Account page and sign in with the required credentials.
  • Locate Notification: Look for a banner at the top of the page stating that the agreement has been updated.
  • Review and Agree: Click "Review Agreement," read the terms, and click "I Agree".
  • Alternative Location: If no banner appears, check the "Agreements, Tax, and Banking" section in App Store Connect.

 
***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Make sure you are logged in specifically as the Account Holder. Other roles like 'Admin' cannot see or sign these agreements. Also, keep an eye out for any pop-up blockers that might prevent the agreement window from opening when you click Review.

 

Once this is completed, the app should re-appear within 24 hours.
