This will not be available for campsite/mycampapp clients after the CampSite integration!
To add campers manually
You can create the new campers manually and assign them to existing app users (parents), or you can upload several at a time using the template CSV for User List Upload.
To create a new camper and assign them to parents that are already on your list of app users:
1- Go to Users > select Campers
2- Click on + Camper
3- Enter the information for the new camper and click + Parent to assign their parent from the existing user list. If the parent is not found, the parent must be created.
To create a new parent/app user and assign them to their camper:
1- Go To Users > select View/Manage
2- Click on + User
3- Enter the information and click SAVE before assigning the camper.
To upload a list
Import your User list from a comma-separated value (CSV) file using the myCAMPapp template. The CSV template is available for download on the Admin Portal: go to Users > Upload List. The CSV must contain the app user’s first name, last name, email, and User Type. Other information is optional. Please note, their email address is the unique identifier.
If you are a client of CampDoc, CampMinder, CampBrain, or Active Network, you can receive a report of this data that is unique to your database. To do so, you will just need to reach out to your support team to make sure that your account is set up and ready to take the correct spreadsheet format.
Admin Portal Mobile Access
The Admin Portal is only accessible online - there is no app for it. You can login to the online admin portal from your mobile web browser to access and create/edit news, events and notifications, and view/manage Users. All other functions must be accessed from a desktop browser.
You are able to give certain app users the ability to upload photos from their mobile device gallery directly to your app.
