Forgot your password
If you need to reset your password please follow the steps below:
- Launch the App
- Tap "Sign in with Email”
- Tap “Forgot Password”
- Enter your email then press Send
- Find the email and tap the Reset Your Password Link / Button from the email
- Follow the instructions on screen to reset your password
- Go back to the app on your phone and sign-in using your email and new password.
If you are not getting the password reset email
It’s possible that the email to reset your password was caught in junk mail.
If it’s in the junk/spam folder, please move it to your inbox before clicking the hyperlink to reset your password.
