Update app settings for permission

If a user is not getting push notifications:

Did the user accept to receive push notifications from the app? 

To check if you have “allowed” push notifications from the app please follow the steps below:

In the mobile app:

  1. Tap  “More” at the bottom right
  2. Tap on “Communication Settings"
  3. If the box next to Receive Push Notification is not check do this: Tap “Edit”, tap the box to add a checkmark, tap “Save”

On your phone “Settings”:

  1. Go to the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap on “Notifications"
  3. Scroll down until you find the XYZ app
  4. Tap on it to view and edit your permission

If the user did allow Notifications, please make sure they are opted-in to the categories for which they want the notifications; in the app go to “More” and then Settings. Here they will see all the categories and be able to opt-in or out. 

This can only be done if you are a non-campsite client
