🐛 Bug Fixes – September 11th 🐛

• Camp Shop: Fixed zero-stock updates on Camp Shop items: Resolved an issue preventing administrators from setting item stock levels to zero using the Reduce tool. The system now properly accepts zero as a valid quantity, allowing admins to mark items as sold out.
• Camp Today Communication: Dropped messages sent from the Parent Dashboard now prevented: Fixed a duplicate-prevention check that dropped distinct follow-up emails sent by parents within a 10-second window. The system now verifies both subject and content before suppressing submissions, ensuring all unique messages reach camp batches on the admin side.
• Camp Shop: Fixed shop order creation for Lead and Pending campers: Resolved an issue causing errors when admins added shop orders for campers with a Lead or Pending status. Orders and charges for campers without assigned sessions now process smoothly without calculation errors.
• Events: Fixed login window overlap on Events Dashboard: Fixed a layout issue in Chrome where the login window box overlapped registration and RFI links. The container properties were updated so the links remain clearly visible across all web browsers.  
• Fixed custom field text truncation after apostrophes: Resolved an issue that occurred in the Responsive design only where text in custom fields truncated after an apostrophe when opening edit mode. This fix ensures values containing special characters or punctuation display and save completely.
• Events: Fixed credit card fee balance error on Event statements: Corrected a calculation error on Group and Guest financial statement PDFs that resulted in negative balances when credit card fees were enabled. Statement calculations now match the profile financial tab and accurately display total balances.
• Fixed form selections caching in print modals: Resolved an issue where re-opening the print modal on Camper and Staff form pages generated duplicate PDFs from previous sessions. Modal options and filters now reset on open and restrict printing to the active selections.
• Transportation: Fixed payment calculation on manual enrollment approval: Fixed a double-counting bug on manual enrollment approvals that occurred when parents chose the "Pay other amount" option and had transportation fees. The system no longer re-adds transportation fees on top of the custom payment totals.
• Staff: Enhanced header bar and staff tile click controls in Staff Departments: We updated the click controls on the Staff Department page so users can now click anywhere on a department header bar or staff tile to expand or collapse it. Additionally, we fixed the bulk controls so that clicking "Hide all departments" or "Show all departments" consistently sets all sections to the intended state regardless of whether they were previously open or closed.
• Improved Bunking Board interactive area and header click functionality: We updated the Bunking Board page to make expanding division headers and camper/staff tiles significantly easier by allowing you to click anywhere on the tile or header surface instead of only specific text. Additionally, action buttons, editable fields, and drag-and-drop actions will now operate smoothly without accidentally toggling card details open or closed.
