Bug Fixes: June 18th, 2026


 

  • Camp Shop: Stock Report Item Filter Corrected: The inventory stock report failed to display items with an "Online" location if a camp had configured at least one “Onsite” location. This happened because the report’s location filter accidentally grouped online availability with physical location tracking, which omitted online items. A new "Online" filter option has been added to the Stock Report to ensure all items in the store are captured accurately by the location filter.

 

  • Camp Shop: Inventory Control Button Freezes Resolved: Admins were unable to click the "add" or "reduce" stock adjustment buttons for items that contained spaces in their sizing or color names (e.g., “Youth Small” or "Dark Green"). This was caused by a formatting error that blocked the button action. The code has been updated to allow the adjustment buttons to operate reliably regardless of name formatting.

 

  • Transportation: Inaccurate Bus Fees on Re-Enrollment Eliminated: If a parent removed a session during the enrollment process after submitting the transportation form and picked a different session, old transportation fees from the removed session would mistakenly remain on the final enrollment checkout. This happened because the system deleted the session itself but left the hidden, completed transportation form in the background. The removal function has been upgraded to wipe associated transportation forms when a session is deleted, preventing incorrect charges. 

 

  • Advanced Report Transportation Method Accuracy Improved: The Advanced Report Transportation > General Info > “Method” field displayed transportation methods (such as “bus”) for sessions that the camper had unenrolled from. The Advanced Report tool was pulling from historic transportation forms without checking if the associated session was still active. The logic has been rewritten to exclusively filter by active enrollments.

 

  • Camp Today: Extended User Dashboard Access Restored: When users logged into the Extended Users Dashboard, they encountered an error message that froze the dashboard interface. The issue has been fixed, restoring full use of the dashboard and navigation menu.

 

  • Camp Today: Photo Post Deletion Block Remediated: Admins were blocked from deleting photo posts or removing specific images from a Camp Today post if a parent or staff had already "saved" that photo on their dashboard. A code adjustment now allows admins to delete photos, without causing issues for the parent or staff who saved the photo.

     

  • Medical: Text Editor Stability on Health History Forms Restored: When editing health history templates in Admin > Campers/Staff > Medical, opening, closing, and reopening sub-sections would cause the text editor box to not load. The code has been updated to ensure a clean and consistent editing layout whenever the text editor box is opened.

     

  • Parent Dashboard Translation Issue Fixed: When a parent with a non-English “preferred language” navigated through the enrollment process, the Forms step "Camper Forms" section failed to translate into their language. This occurred because the “Camper Forms” section loaded text dynamically after the page's main language translator had already finished running. The system has been updated to trigger the translator whenever form content finishes loading, resolving this issue completely. 

     

  • Enrollment Tag Categories Sorting Fixed: The enrollment tag categories list on the Parent Dashboard displayed in a different order from what was designated on the admin side. This occurred because a layout rule was forcing the categories into an alternating, multi-column pattern. The layout container has been converted in order to accurately mirror the category order set by an admin.
