How do I fix a camper profile photo that's heavily cropped or rotated sideways?

Profile photos must be at least 400px wide by 400px high. If either the width or height falls short of 400px, CampSite will crop/rotate the image to automatically fit the size requirements. To fix this, enlarge the image to at least 400px width/height and and re-upload it to the camper's profile.

When using the photo upload tool under CampSite's new responsive design, admins are able to rotate the camper's profile photo to the correct orientation before it's uploaded (to correct a rotated image).

Our responsive design is still in Beta, but admins can opt into the Beta program to enable the responsive design by going to "My Profile", scrolling down to Beta programs, enabling the responsive design beta for "All devices", and saving changes.
