How do I cancel a credit card or ACH transaction to stop it from being processed?

To stop a credit card or ACH transaction from being processed, it must be voided from your payment gateway before your gateway settles it later that evening.

Camps using Constellation Payments for their payment gateway can cancel same-day credit card and ACH payments/refunds using CampSite's void feature. To void a transaction, use the "Void transaction" button within the transaction details window of each credit card and ACH transaction on a family, guest, or group profile page. If you're not using Constellation Payments, you must contact your payment gateway directly to request a void. Upon having the transaction voided, reverse the transaction from the relevant profile page so the transaction is no longer calculated into the remaining balance.
