How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Typically, most credit card refunds take 3-5 business days to process, while ACH refunds take approximately 5-10 business days.

However, the amount of time it takes for money to appear in the family's account is dependent on the family's financial institution. Some banks will hold funds for up to 30 days before returning it to the client's card/account.

To inquire about the processing status of a refund, contact your payment gateway directly. If needed, you can locate the reference number for the refund transaction (i.e. payment gateway ID number) by opening the transaction details for the refund from the family's profile page.
