Release Notes - December 19th, 2024

Here's what changed:

Updates:

• NEW! Restrict Medical module forms to certain sessions
  • Restrict each individual page of the health history form, and each individual printed medical form, to specific sessions.
  • Open the edit modal for each health history page/printed medical form to find a new setting for “Restrict by session"
    • When “Restrict by session” = YES, a checklist of all sessions for the corresponding year will display.
    • If a session is selected, campers who have selected that session on their enrollment form will be able to see the corresponding medical form on the parent dashboard.
  • Note: form visibility is still also subject to the camper’s enrollment progress/the ”display during enrollment” setting. Also, Session restriction settings do not rollover - you must re-select session restrictions each year as needed.
     
• Select multiple files to upload into a printed form
  • When parents, staff, guests, or admin upload a "printed" form, they can now select multiple files (PDFs and/or JPGs) to submit as their (1) form.
  • Upon submission, CampSite will automatically create a single multi-page PDF of all the files they uploaded.
  • This update also applies to printed medical forms.
• We updated the GET and POST API endpoints for Medications to include the 'notes' and 'receive by' fields.
   
• Staff custom salary fields are now included in the rollover
  • Remember, you don't roll over the values saved in custom fields - you're just enabling the custom field again for the new rollover year.
     
• The Pyxis payment gateway report is back!
  • Find the "Pyxis gateway report" on the Financial Dashboard, under the Deposit Report.
  • Use this report on transactions settled over your payment gateway. The results also now include the transaction "category" that the payment belongs to.
  • Currently, the report will only return credit card transactions, but we're working on having checking account transactions on it, too.

Bug Fixes:

• We fixed a bug that caused staff applicant reference form submissions to get deleted if the applicant went back through their application and 'saved' the References page again. 
   
• We fixed a bug that allowed admins using 2FA to bypass the 2FA prompt if they followed a link directly into their database from the 2FA code entry page. 
   
• We also got the API endpoints for bunking working again. 
   
• We also made some improvements to a few small cosmetic issues on the Parent Dashboard after we updated the "backend" of our responsive design layout in our last release.
