A checking account won't add to a family's profile. Why?

Double check the following:

• The routing number is accurate (and, exactly 9 numbers)
• The name field contains only letters (no symbols, including no hyphens)
• The name field contains only 2 names (i.e. 1 first name and 1 last name, with 1 space in between)
• The entire name is not longer than 24 characters
