Forms
How do I create a form for uploading a copy of a physical document?
Create a "printed"-type form.
CampSite offers two types of forms - "web" or "printed." Web forms are completed by typing responses directly into the Dashboard, while printed forms are completed by uploading a file from the user's device (e.g. a PDF document, JPG image, or Word doc).
When creating a printed form, you have two options: provide a blank form for the user to download, complete, and upload back to you; or, refrain from providing a blank form and just prompt users to upload their own file to you (e.g. a scanned copy of a report card; immunization records; their proof of income; etc.)

How do I restrict a form to only appear for certain campers/staff applicants?
Forms can be restricted to display only to certain campers or staff applicants who "appear on" OR "do not appear on" on a saved advanced report that you've created. When a report restriction is in place, CampSite will generate the report each time a camper or staff applicant loads the Forms page to determine whether or not to display the restricted form.
- Create and save an advanced report with the proper parameters to capture your targeted sub-group.
- In the form settings, go to Restrictions, and select either "appears on report" or "does not appear on report", depending.
- Next, under "Restrict on report", select the saved report you created.
- Click to "update form."
For example, say you want to display an I-9 form to only the staff applicants who have been hired. Create and save an advanced report that captures hired staff only, and then edit the "Restrictions" of the I-9 form so that it's restricted to applicants who appear on the report of hired staff you created.
How do parents upload multiple pages into the same form?
Each form that's created in CampSite can accept (1) uploaded file, so all of the pages of the form need to be saved as (1) file. If each page is saved as a separate file, the user will only be able to upload one page of the form.
If needed, you can also create a separate form for each page of the document being uploaded. For example, for a 3-page waiver form, you could create 3 forms: "Waiver - Page 1"; "Waiver - Page 2"; and "Waiver - Page 3". Parents/staff would upload the respective page into each form. Note that when downloading or printing submissions, the pages will not be collated.
How do I download forms that were submitted?
Download Submissions in Mass
- Navigate to the Forms page (hover over the Camper/Staff/Events button in the navigation bar and click the Forms link in the menu that drops down)
- Locate the relevant form and double click the icon next to the form name
- In the pop-up, click to print/download all submissions. Optionally, you can filter for submissions during a specific date range or a specific division/bunk.
Why am I getting an error when I click the email link for the forms / documents / labels that I downloaded?
For security purposes, the email link for downloading forms / documents / labels in mass will expire after 60 minutes. With that, best practice is to always click the download link as soon as you receive the email.
Even if you don't need the requested files right away, click the link to download them to your device before the link expires and then access them from your device whenever you need.
