Why am I getting an error when I click the email link for the forms / documents / labels that I downloaded?

For security purposes, the email link for downloading forms / documents / labels in mass will expire after 60 minutes. With that, best practice is to always click the download link as soon as you receive the email.

Even if you don't need the requested files right away, click the link to download them to your device before the link expires and then access them from your device whenever you need.
