Customizing the Health History Form

CampSite's Health History Form comes with standard medical questions included (adapted from the American Camp Association's recommended health forms for camps). While the individual questions can't be edited, admins can customize the overall presentation of the form via the Medical admin settings for the Camper/Staff modules.

Click the Admin link in the navigation bar, then select either the Campers or Staff tab (depending). Within that tab, select Medical on the left. Then, navigate to the Health History Form configuration section.
