Purchasing Additional Text Credits

Admin users may purchase additional text credits via the "DB Management" tab of CampSite's Admin page.

To access this tab, go to Admin > DB Management > Text Messaging. Once here, click Add additional credits...

• Only admin users with "DB Management" Admin permissions will have access to the text messaging tab for purchasing credits.
• Also, remember that credits never expire, and unused credits will rollover year to year. Also, credits are not used on any text replies that you receive - only on texts that you send.

After clicking to purchase additional credits, you'll be asked to specify the amount of credits to purchase and to sign & agree to authorize CampSite to charge your payment method on file for the associated fee.

Clicking "Submit order" will authorize payment and add credits to your database immediately, as reflected by the "Credits currently available" from this tab.
