Cycles consist of Days in which Periods take place.
Days can have as many or as few Periods as you would like.
Periods represent a time frame in which Activities take place.
To add a Period to a day click " +Add period... "
A pop-up window will appear which allows you to add a new Period.
- Choose which date within the Cycle you would like to add the Period to.
- Enter a name for the Period
- Select the Start Time of the Period
- Select the End Time of the Period
- Hit Submit
Periods will appear in the order in which they take place, starting with the earliest start time.
