Assigning Campers to Available Activities indicates that the Camper will be participating in the selected Activity during the assigned Period.
- Division Name
- Campers within the Division (Ordered by Bunk name and then alphabetically within each bunk)
- A Campers Assigned Activity for the indicated Period
- Activity Slots for which the Camper does not currently have an Assigned Activity
- Available Activities for the indicated Period
- An Available Activity that has no more Available Slots is shown with a dashed border, faded and italicized
- The Available Activity count indicator (# of Assigned Campers / Maximum # of Available Slots for the current Period)
Drag & Drop Assignments
In order to assign a Camper to an Available Activity, "Drag & Drop" the Available Activity to the Available Activity Slot. When hovering over the Slot, the background of the Slot will turn Green to indicate that you may assign the Activity to this Camper.
