Copying Available Activities to other Days allows you to quickly duplicate Available Activities from one Day to the next without having to enter all of the Available Activities again.
Within the Cycle Grid, click "Copy available activities from this grid..."
A pop-up window will appear that asks you where you would like to copy the Available Activities from this grid to:
- Choose Destination Cycle from the drop-down list.
- Copy camper assignment to other days of the week.
- Copy staff assignment to other days of the week.
- Select which Dates within the Destination Cycle you would like to copy the Available Activities and Elective Assignments (if desired) to.
- Click "Copy this date" to copy the Available Activities and Elective Assignments (if desired) within the Source Date to the Destination Cycles and Dates.
"Available Activities copied successfuly!" will appear in a green box at the top of the screen.
