Either the parent has a non-US or Canadian phone number (which our text messaging service does not support); or, they have a US/Canadian number with an area code that's not in our current area code library.
If you've confirmed that the parent has a US/Canadian number, send an email to our Support team (support@campmanagement.com) with the parent's area code and we'll add it to our library so the parent can opt-in/receive text messages from your CampSite database.
