There is more than one location to add questions in the CampSite Setup Wizard. Depeding on which step a question is added by an admin user, it will appear in a different location on the Parent facing side during the enrollment process. This is a breakdown on where questions will appear to parents based on where they are added on the admin side.
Step 1: Request For Information and New Family Enrollment Form
Family and Camper questions added to Step 1 of the Setup Wizard will appear on the Request for Information form and the New Family Enrollment Form. One of these forms will be filled out by a parent to create their family account. This form will only be filled out once by the parent (on creation of their account) and will never be filled out again. For this reason, questions added here should be considered "one and done" or permanent questions that you do not need to ever ask families again once they exist in your CampSite database.

Family Questions will be asked once per family as a whole unit.
Camper Questions will be asked once per camper in the family.
Step 8: Enrollment Form Setup
On Step 8: Enrollment Form Setup, enrollment questions are general questions that will appear on all enrollment forms once per enrollment year, regardless of the enrollment option selected. These questions will be asked of all campers each year.
If you have created a question on Step 8: Enrollment Form Setup and have set the "Show before enrollment options?" setting set to "No", then it will appear on "Step 2: Questions" of the parent Enrollment Process under "Enrollment questions + additional options".
If you have created a question on Step 8: Enrollment Form Setup and have set the "Show before enrollment options?" setting set to "Yes", then it will appear on a step called "Pre-enrollment Questions". This step only appears when the "Show before enrollment options?" setting is set to "Yes" inside one of the Step 8: Enrollment Form Setup quesiton settings. This step will not appear if all of the "Show before enrollment options?" settings are set to "No" inside each Step 8: Enrollment Form Setup question settings.
Step 9: Enrollment Options
Step 9: Enrollment Options questions are enrollment option specific and will only appear to parents when they select the specific enrollment option + bundle that a question is created under during the enrollment process.
Questions added to a bundle on Step 9: Enrollment Options will appear to parents on "Step 2: Questions" of the Enrollment Process under "ENROLLMENT OPTION NAME HERE + additional options". Depending on the bundle name, this will be titled differently. In the example pictured above the bundle name is "Camp Firewood" so the section appears as "Camp Firewood + additional options".
These questions will appear once per enrollment year for each enrollment option that is selected which has a question associated to it on the admin side of Step 9: Enrollment Options.
