Attendance Conflict Report

Navigate to the Attendance Conflict Report by hovering over the green Campers button on the top navigation bar > Attendance > Attendance Conflict Report

This report is specifically designed to catch discrepancies and human errors made during the busy check-in and check-out windows. It automatically flags campers who have conflicting logs on the same day or are missing check-ins, if your camp is utilizing multiple checkpoints on the same day for the same campers.

Running The Attendance Conflict Report

  1. Click on the dropdown next to "Year" to select the appropriate year for data.
  2. Click on the dropdown next to "Date" to select the date for the report data. This report must be run for a single date. If multiple dates are needed, the report must be configured one date at a time.
  3. Click on the checkboxes next to "Missing" or "Absent but logged at camp" to select one or both conflict types.

    Conflict Types:

    1. Missing: The camper was checked in to a checkpoint for a given direction, but not for another checkpoint for the same direction.
    2. Absent but logged at camp: The camper was marked "Absent" at a checkpoint for the day, but was checked out for "Departing" at that checkpoint, or checked in / checked out at another checkpoint for the day.
  4. Click on ‘"Run Report" when ready to see report results.

How to Resolve Conflicts:

When a conflict appears, you can click directly on the camper's name (e.g., Jill Paulson) to open their Camper Profile.

From their profile's Attendance tab, click on the problem date to manually edit, delete, or replace the incorrect log and clear the conflict. You can learn more about those processes in Managing A Camper’s Attendance Logs
