How to Use The Attendance Report
Navigate to the Attendance Report by hovering over the green Campers button on the top navigation bar > Attendance > Attendance Report
Use this report to generate your active attendance logs in the system, letting you know exactly how many campers to expect on a given date at a specific checkpoint, which campers were checked in or out under which status, or to find campers who perhaps were never checked in (only ‘scheduled’) for a checkpoint, direction, or date range.
You can configure your report by doing the following:
- Click on the dropdown next to "Year" to select the year of data you are working with.
- Click on the dropdown next to "Checkpoint" to select the checkpoint you’d like to see reflected in the report. You can only report on one checkpoint at a time in the Attendance Report.
- Click on the dropdown next to "Direction" to select the direction for this checkpoint out of the available options (arriving or departing). You may only see one option if the checkpoint was only configured to one direction.
- Click on the boxes next to "Date Range" to select a date range for data. If you select more than one date, the report will return attendance data for that checkpoint and direction across all dates in the range. The date that appears automatically in these boxes will be today's date.
- Select one or more statuses as needed by clicking in the checkbox next to the status names. Selecting Scheduled will display campers who are expected but have not yet been checked in or marked absent). Normal, Early, and Late correspond with which attendance list the camper was marked as here/absent on.
- Click on the dropdown next to "Include division" to choose to include or not include division information.
- Click on the dropdown next to "Include bunk" to choose to include or not include bunk information.
- Click on the "Run report" button when ready to load results.

Other Features of The Attendance Report
- Every column can be sorted by clicking on the column header to order values A-Z or Z-A.
- When a camper has check in/out data or marked absent data, the date + time logged column will display, whereas when the camper is only scheduled, they have no data to display yet.
- If your camp utilizes the Transportation Module, you will also see the camper’s transportation method reflected in the report.
- If your camp utilizes parent-driven logging, or your staff-driven logging is set to collect authorized pickup information on check in and/or checkout, the Dropped Off By column will return which parent’s pin was entered when the camper(s) were marked here/absent, or which authorized pick up was selected by the staff completing staff-driven logging.
