The ‘Deposit Report’ does not match our merchant report - why is that?

The Deposit Report generates payments that were successfully posted in CampSite, which doesn't necessarily represent which payments have been settled by your payment gateway. Also, the ‘Deposit Report’ does not include refunds.

When reconciling with Constellation gateway reports, it's best to use CampSite's "CSIPay Gateway Report" instead of the deposit report. To learn more about using this report, please click here to read our support article.
