How do I find families who have an outstanding balance for the year?

CampSite's "Family Summary" report generates a list of all families and their total balance for the year. Filter the report for "positive" balances to identify only those families who still have an outstanding balance on their account. Or, when creating a custom Advanced Report, you can filter your results based on "Family balance." To do that, click to add a filter, select the Financial tab, then select the sub-tab for the relevant enrollment year. Within that year, checkmark "Family balance." Enter your desired filter criteria, then add filter.
