How do I remove the camper's charges when they unenroll?

When unenrolling the camper, if you're unenrolling the camper from all of their enrollment options, you can select to have CampSite automatically "reverse all of this camper's charges for the year" upon submitting the camper's unenrollment. To learn more about the unenrollment process, please click here.

If you're not unenrolling the camper from all of their options, you'll need to manually remove the relevant charges/discounts from the family's profile page by either reversing or deleting them. To learn how to reverse/delete transactions, click here.
