Getting an error that the e-mail address already exists when creating a new admin user

This error message indicates that this email address is still assigned to an admin user account that was deleted. Instead of adding a new user with the same address, the CampSite Support team must reinstate the previous account belonging to this email address. You can call or email CampSite Support to request that the account be reinstated.
