❇️ Product Enhancements and Improvements
- Camper "References" Reporting: We've updated advanced reports and emailing to support the recently added Camper Reference Form feature. Find reference fields/filters under Enrollment > Year > References when in both Advanced Reports and when sending an email.
- Text Editor Upgrade in “Send Statement” and “Send Invoice” Modals: We upgraded our legacy text editor to our standard (modern) editor in the modals for emailing financial statements and invoices to families/guests, for a more feature-rich editing experience (like embedding links) into financial communications.
- "Age + Months" Calculation Logic: We improved the "Age + Months" calculation to correctly handle the month of a camper/staff person's birthday. The logic is updated so that in the month of their birth date prior to their birthday (e.g., April 10th for an April 15th birthday), the system correctly displays ".11" as the months decimal value.
🪲 Bug Fixes
- Camp Today "Unknown Visitor" Login Page Cleanup: We removed the false "Incompatible Browser" error from the 'Unknown Visitor' login page for Camp Today.
- Transaction Log Calculation Fix: We fixed a math error in the Transaction Log and .CSV export where reversed processing fee payments and refunds were displayed inversely (negative when they should be positive; or positive when they should be negative).
- Events Housing Board Drag-and-Drop Fix: We fixed a bug on the Events Housing Board where guest tiles were not draggable in certain scenarios.
- Processing Fees on Responsive Family Profile Fix: We resolved an issue where processing fees were. not being calculated when admin submitted payments through the add payment modal on the responsive family profile and responsive enrollment wizard.
- Saved Email Bug Fix: We updated our text editor compatibility to prevent the editor from failing to load when an admin tried to edit a saved email in certain scenarios.
- Invalid File Upload Error Message: We implemented a clear "Invalid file type" error message for when a user attempts to upload a Google Top Shot "motion" image (.mp.jpg) as their profile photo, which is not supported.
- Task Reminder Email for Certain Admin: We fixed a bug in the daily task reminder email job that was incorrectly excluding the primary camp admin from daily task reminder email notifications.
