❇️ Product Enhancements and Improvements
- 💸 NEW! You can now choose to include refunds in the Deposit Report results, using the new “Include refunds?” setting. For more info, go to your Deposit Report click the info icon in the bottom right corner of the page.
- We improved the the logic behind the DB Management "Reports" permission where if a user with this permission gets locked out temporarily, and new reports are created while they're locked out, the user will still have admin permission to those reports after being un-locked later.
🪲 Bug fixes

Camp Today “Extended family” users can successfully reset their password from the Camp Today login page again.
- When admins using our responsive layout edit a family payment that has multiple category breakdowns, they can now delete additional categories as expected.
- We updated the Transportation > Bus Roster report so that the date checkboxes display properly again.
- We fixed several minor interface issues caused by a “behind-the-scenes” update recently, including: required questions on the Health History Forms are clearly labeled in red; submitting batch Spending Money transactions now refreshes as expected; a false error no longer displays on the Camp Today extended family login; the CampSite release notes navigation is fixed; and minor visual improvements were made to a few pages.
- The Deposit Report has been updated to correctly display the correct total processing fees per module in each module table.
- We updated the Credit Card Transaction Report so that the “GL Code” column of the results displays as expected when "Combine electronic payments" is set to "no".
- We corrected a rare issue where users were redirected to a broken page if their login attempt failed, and added a better error message explaining that they just need to try logging in again.
- We also fixed a rare issue where the “refund” button for a family’s payment sometimes didn’t match the actual payment amount.
