Adding Activities to a Segment

Specify all the Activities you plan to schedule by adding each Activity to the Segment. When you're ready to start creating your schedule, you'll select from the Activities that have been added to the Segment here.

To add an Activity to a Segment, click " + Add activity... "

Bunk Scheduling

Provide the name of the activity
Select a Location for the activity (from the list of Locations already created)
Set the default maximum bunk count for this Activity (i.e. the maximum number of bunks that can be assigned to this Activity at a given time)
Click Submit to create the Activity

Elective Scheduling

Provide the name of the activity
Select a Location for the activity (from the list of Locations already created)
Set the default maximum camper count for this Activity (i.e. the maximum number of campers that can be assigned to this Activity at a given time)
Set the default maximum camper count for this Activity (i.e. the maximum number of campers that can be assigned to this Activity at a given time)
Click Submit to create the Activity

The Activities you have added to this Segment will show up in alphabetical order by Name.

To edit the Name, Location, or Max Bunks for an Activity, double click the current settings. Make the necessary changes and then click "OK" to apply them.

To delete an Activity, double click the delete button on the far right. An Activity can only be deleted if it has not yet been added to your Activity Schedule.
