If you have CampSite's Staff Module, specify which staff you'll be assigning to Activities by adding their Departments to the Segment. When you're ready to start scheduling your Activities, you'll select from the staff in the Departments that have been added to the Segment.
Adding Departments to a Segment
To add a Department to a Segment, click " + Add department... "
A pop-up window will appear which allows you to choose which Departments you would like to add to the Segment.
- Choose a Department from the drop-down menu
- Hit Submit to add the Department to the Segment
The Departments you have chosen to add to this Segment will show up in alphabetical order.
