How do I add a staff person as getting picked up/dropped off by a bus?

Central Location buses:

1.     Add the staff person to the bus by clicking "Add counselor" on the bus page

Defined Stop buses:

1. Add the staff person ("counselor") to the bus via the bus page
2. Assign the staff person to a specific stop via the staff person's profile

Door-to-Door buses:

1. Add the staff person ("counselor") to the bus via the bus page
2. Add the staff person to a vehicle for the bus
