A parent is having trouble resetting their password for the dashboard. How can I help?

The issue could either be that the parent isn't entering the correct email address into the Password Reset tool and therefore not triggering the password reset email; or, they're successfully triggering the email but can't find it in their inbox.

To ensure the password reset email is triggered, make sure they're entering the correct email address associated with their account, checking for typos or extra spaces at the end of the address.

To ensure they're finding the email, advise the parent to search their entire inbox for a message with the subject line "Password rest for [YOUR CAMP'S NAME]". The email will be sent from but with your camp's reply-to address.

As an admin, you can also trigger the password reset email for the parent via the action menu on their profile.
