Meal Report

1. Set the date range for the report.
2. Choose whether or not to include 'Pending Packages'.
3. Choose to have one days meals per page.  

All of the dates included in the packages will be presented even if they do not have meals associated with them.  

1. Print a copy of the report.
2. Export a spreadsheet of the report.
