Copying Available Activities to other Days

Within the Cycle Grid, click "Copy available activities from this grid..."

A pop-up window will appear that asks you where you would like to copy the Available Activities from this grid to:

1. Choose Destination Cycle from the drop-down list
2. Indicate whether or not you would like to copy the bunks assignments. (i.e. If Bunk 1 is assigned to Golf in Period 1 of your Source Date, they will be assigned to Golf in the Destination Date for Period 1)
3. Select which Dates within the Destination Cycle you would like to copy the Available Activities and Bunk Assignments (if desired) to
4. Click "Copy this date" to copy the Available Activities and Bunk Assignments (if desired) within the Source Date to the Destination Cycles and Dates

"Available Activities copied successfuly!" will appear in a green box at the top of the screen.
