🚀 New Features 🚀

• Enrollment: Take Bank Account Payments with Stripe: Camps using Stripe can now accept checking and savings account payments in addition to credit cards, including US ACH, Canadian pre-authorized debits, and SEPA Direct Debit. Families, donors, and guests can pay by bank account and save the account for future use. US and Canadian accounts are confirmed with a quick microdeposit verification.

• Advanced Reports: Export Camper Reports to Google Sheets: Camper report results can now be sent straight to Google Sheets with the new “Export to G-Sheets” tab, next to “Export to CSV.” Each admin connects their Google account once from their profile, and later exports go through without signing in again. Each export copies the report into a new tab in Sheets. This feature has been deployed but will remain off in individual databases until activated. • Enrollment: Set Automatic Open and Close Times for Enrollment Bundles: Each enrollment bundle can now have an optional start and end date and time. Bundles show on the Parent Dashboard only during their open window, so a single enrollment option can release different bundles at different times. A parent who selects a bundle while it is open can still finish their enrollment after it closes. The Rollover Wizard can carry these times forward to next year or leave them blank.

• Financial: Reconciliation Assistant: Camps processing with Pyxis have a new Reconciliation Assistant under Financial Dashboard > Reconciliation reports. Upload the Balance Details export from your card processor, and the tool shows which transactions make up each payout deposited to your bank account. It flags any payout that doesn’t fully match, often the most recent one still settling. You can export the full breakdown to Excel. Your file is read in your browser and is never uploaded or saved, and a glossary explains each term.

• myCAMPapp: Restore Deleted Albums: Admins can now recover deleted photo albums and sub-albums from the new Restore Deleted Albums option under Content → Photos in the myCAMPapp admin portal. Select one or many and restore them in a single step.

• Advanced Reports: New Report and Merge Fields: Dozens of fields that weren’t available before can now be added to camper Advanced Reports and used as merge fields in emails, mailing labels, staff contracts, registration contracts, and text messages. They cover enrollment, financial transactions, transportation, staff employment, authorized pickup, attendance, medical, and checkout details. Year-specific fields are labeled with their year.

• Camp Shop: Custom Confirmation Email Text and Order Invoices: In Admin > Campers > Shop, you can now add your own text to the Shop purchase confirmation email. Parent Dashboard purchases now include an invoice PDF with the confirmation. On the camper profile Shop tab, each order now has options to generate its invoice and to send a confirmation email, including for orders created by an admin.

• Spending Money: Deposit Confirmation Emails and Statements: Parents now receive a confirmation email with a statement attached when they add Spending Money from the Parent Dashboard. Add your own text to this email in Admin > Campers > Spending Money. On the camper profile Spending Money tab, admins can now generate a statement for any date range and resend the confirmation email.

• Agent: Forms Step During Enrollment: Agent enrollment now includes the Forms step, matching the Parent Dashboard. Agents can complete camper and family forms, Health History, and Transportation forms, and the same required-form rules apply. Agents can also submit Health History Forms from the camper’s profile. The Agent Module is currently in Beta. To have it turned on, please contact support@campmanagement.com.

• Labels: Eleven New Label Templates: Eleven new label formats are available in Admin > Campers > Labels > + Add new label: Avery 5371, 5162, 5165, 5161, 60517, 94106, 5293 (round), and 5195, plus DYMO 30252, CR80, and Avery/Presta 94237. The New Label window also links to our list of compatible label formats.

• Accessibility Widget on More Pages: The accessibility widget is now available on enrollment request and request-for-information pages, donor registration, and staff registration. Text size changes now apply to more form question types, and the widget’s text has been simplified.

• Advanced Reports Performance Improvement – Download Links Now Last 7 Days: Download links emailed from Advanced Reports (documents, form submissions, photos, exports, and labels) expired after one hour, so links opened later showed an “Access denied” error. These links now stay valid for 7 days, matching invoices and statements. – Faster Report Refresh: Reports with restrictions now refresh one at a time, as they’re needed, instead of all at once. This removes slowdowns some larger camps saw after updates that affect report results.

• System Performance and Style Improvement – Security and Error Handling Improvements: We made a round of behind-the-scenes security improvements and improved how CampSite handles unexpected errors, so you see a clear message instead of a page that stalls or goes blank. – Improved Display in Browser Dark Mode: The CampSite admin header and Saved Email previews now stay readable when your browser is set to dark mode.
