How do I print Health History Forms in mass?

Use the "Medical Reports" section of the Medical Dashboard.

1. Click the Medical link in the navigation bar.
2. Go to the Medical Reports section and click Medical Profiles.
3. Select which health history data you want to include in the print out, and then click Print.
