User Permissions (Attendance / Authorized Pickups)

Attendance

 

After the Attendance module is enabled for a user, you can grant the following permissions:

Basic

  • Admin: Permission to access the Admin settings for the Attendance module (i.e. access to the "Attendance" tab within the Admin settings page and all the settings therein.)
  • Staff-driven attendance logging*: Permission to log attendance via the staff-driven attendance tool.

Authorized pickups

 

After the Authorized pickups module is enabled for a user, you can grant the following permissions:

Basic

  • Create + manage Authorized pickups: Permission to add/edit Authorized pickups on the family profile.
