The Schedule Generator is designed to give you an overview of Available Activities that are taking place by Bunk or by Activity on a per Cycle basis. You can then quickly print and hand out schedules to your activity and cabin staff or export the information to Excel.
To access the Schedule Generator, click Program in the the header bar.
Click Schedule Generator under the Reports section of Bunk Scheduling.
Schedule Generator - By Activity
Choose your criteria:
- Year
- Session
- Mode (by activity in this step)
- Segment within the chosen Session
- Cycle within the chosen Segment
- Dates within the chosen Cycle
- Run Report
- You can export this data to Excel or Print directly from this report.
- The report will generate information with each Activity listed on the y-axis and each Period listed on the x-axis. As you move across a row in the table, you will see which Bunks are scheduled for which Activities during which Period.

Choose your criteria:
- Year
- Session
- Mode (by bunk in this step)
- Segment within the chosen Session
- Cycle within the chosen Segment
- Dates within the chosen Cycle
- Run Report
- You can export this data to Excel or Print directly from this report.
- The report will generate information with each Division and Bunk listed on the y-axis and each Period listed on the x-axis. As you move across a row in the table, you will see which Activities are scheduled for which Bunks during which Period.
