Where do I edit the registration contract?

Some of the registration contract is standard, but the following elements can be customized:

  • Address
  • Logo
  • Enrollment terms and conditions
  • Enrollment option name
  • Enrollment bundle name
  • Session names and dates

Address

Email CampSite support at support@campmanagement.com with the new address you want to apply and our team will update this for you.

Enrollment Terms + Conditions

Customize your enrollment terms + conditions on Step 8 of the Campers setup wizard.

  1. Click the Admin link in the navigation bar
  2. Under the Campers tab, in the Setup Wizard, click Step 8: Enrollment Form Setup
  3. Select the Instructions + Terms tab
  4. Scroll down to Terms and conditions

Enrollment option and bundle name

Customize the names of your enrollment options and enrollment option bundles on Step 9 of the Campers setup wizard.

  1. Click the Admin link in the navigation bar
  2. Under the Campers tab, in the Setup Wizard, click Step 9: Enrollment Options
  3. To edit the name of an enrollment option, double click the pencil icon for it
  4. To edit the name of a bundle, expand the corresponding enrollment option and then double click the pencil icon for the relevant bundle

Session name and dates

Customize the names/start and end dates of your sessions on Step 2 of the Campers setup wizard.

  1. Click the Admin link in the navigation bar
  2. Under the Campers tab, in the Setup Wizard, click Step 2: Sessions
  3. Double click the pencil icon for the relevant session(s)
