The Frequency Report is designed to give you a count of how many times during a Segment or Cycle that a Bunk has attended an Activity.
To access the Frequency Report, click Program in the the header bar.
Click Frequency Report under the Reports section of Bunk Scheduling.
Frequency Report - By Segment
Choose your criteria:
- Year
- Session
- Mode (by segment in this step)
- Segment within the chosen Session
- Run Report
- You can export this data to Excel or Print directly from this report.
- The report will generate information with each Division and Bunk listed on the y-axis and each Activity listed on the x-axis. As you move across a row in the table, you will see the number of times a Bunk has been assigned an Activity within the course of the entire Segment.
Frequency Report - By Cycle
Choose your criteria:
- Year
- Session
- Mode (by cycle in this step)
- Segment within the chosen Session
- Cycle within the chosen Segment
- Run Report
- You can export this data to Excel or Print directly from this report.
- The report will generate information with each Division and Bunk listed on the y-axis and each Activity listed on the x-axis. As you move across a row in the table, you will see the number of times a Bunk has been assigned an Activity within the course of the chosen Cycle.
