Release Notes - May 17th, 2017

Our latest release includes a number of new features and improvements:

  • Group forms are now available for camps using our Events and Conference & Retreat modules. You can create permanent and yearly group forms, to be filled out by a group leader on the Events Dashboard. Forms appear on the Group Profile and can be reported on via Advanced Reports.
  • The 'Returning families, click here' link on the New Family Enrollment Form (/enroll) has been moved into the customizable header text, which means it can now be removed if desired. You can manage the header text via Admin -> Campers -> Step 1: Request For Information + New Family Enrollment Form Setup -> New Family Enrollment Form.
  • You can now trigger an automatic e-mail to be sent to applicants after their staff application has been fully completed. This e-mail can be configured via Admin -> Staff -> Application: Settings.
