🐛 Bug Fixes – October 5th 🐛
Staff: Staff Dashboard Login Error Resolved: In some databases, staff got an error when logging in to the Staff Dashboard after the recent secondary staff email update. The update has been completed in every database, and staff can log in normally.
Finance: Invoice Amount Due Corrected: When a payment was applied to an invoice after it was first recorded, invoices generated from the Past Due Report, the family profile, or the Parent Dashboard could show the full invoice amount instead of the amount still due. Invoices now reflect those payments.
Events: Accrual Transaction Log Date Filter: Group transactions made late in the evening could be left out of the Events accrual transaction log when filtering by a single day. The date filter now uses your camp’s local time for all transactions.
Email: Mass Emails No Longer Send Twice: A large mass email could go out twice if the sending window stalled and the email was sent again. We added safeguards so a repeated send no longer delivers a second copy.
Spending Money: Reversed and Voided Deposits: Reversed or voided credit card and checking account deposits were still counted in the Parent Dashboard Spending Money balance and in the admin Spending Money report totals. Both now leave out reversed and voided deposits.
Labels: DYMO 30256 and Page-Size Label Alignment: DYMO 30256 labels can now be generated from Advanced Reports. Half Page, Quarter Page, 4" x 6", and 3" x 5" labels now line up correctly whether you print one label, a partial page, or several pages.
Email: Merge Fields Insert on First Click: When emailing from a camper, family, staff, or guest profile, merge fields sometimes needed a second click to insert. They now insert on the first click.
Camp Today Communication: Unprinted Batches Count Corrected: The “emails held in unprinted batches” message could report emails waiting even after every batch had been printed. The count is now accurate.
Agent: Save Confirmation and Email Labels: “Save changes for this agent” now shows a confirmation message. The Add New Agent window in Admin > DB Management > Agents now closes when you submit. Notification emails triggered by an agent’s actions now show “(Agent)” after the agent’s name.
Events: Password Window Close Button: The close button on the Events Dashboard “What’s my password?” window now displays correctly every time the window opens.
Events: Packages Without a Deposit: Creating a group package with no deposit (Events dashboard > Group > Year > Packages) no longer causes an error.
