The Agent module allows you to create Agent Users in Campsite. An Agent User is a specialized user profile for those who support or represent multiple families or campers at once.
Unlike a standard parent account, an Agent submits enrollment submissions and acts on behalf of families and campers to ensure their enrollment, documentation, and care needs are handled correctly. Unlike other users, Agents are given access to information for a limited set of families and campers and a limited set of actions within the Admin dashboard interface.

1. Adding Agents
Once you are ready to begin in the Agent Module, you will begin by adding Agent users. Agent users can only be added by an existing admin user under Admin > DB Management> Agents. To view this full process please see: Agent Settings
2. Agent Permissions
When adding Agent Users, you will need to grant permissions that they will be able to view and access on their Agent Dashboard. To see these permissions and view what they will grant please see: Agent Permissions
3. Assign Families
If a family that the Agent User will be managing enrollments for already exists in Campsite, they will need to be added to the agents new profile by an admin user. This process can be seen under: Agent Settings
If a family that the Agent User will be managing enrollments for does not already exist in Campsite, the agent user can create a profile for this family by clicking the "add family" button. This process can be seen here:
4. The Agent Dashboard
When an Agent User is added, they will get an email where they can create their password and then log into their account. Agents can submit enrollment requests for campers within families that they manage. For more information on what this dashboard looks like please see: The Agent Dashboard
5. The Family and Camper Profiles as an Agent User
