To maximize your use of the software, we recommend that all users begin with training before using CampSite. Training provides a solid foundation on how CampSite works and how to navigate various features. Then, utilize our supplemental resources for extra help as you get comfortable using CampSite day-to-day. |
Training
During each camp's onboarding phase, CampSite Support trains the camp staff on how to use the software. The camp staff who participated in those trainings are expected to train any new or additional staff on how to use CampSite.
We also host recordings of our trainings within the "CampSite Trainings" FAQ just below this one. Training videos are also embedded within each corresponding manual of the support portal as well.
Our training sessions are the most in-depth resource we offer new users for learning how to use CampSite, demonstrating where and how to use key features for the most efficient day-to-day use of the software.
Page Instructions
Learn as you ago using the instructions for each page. Click the instructions icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to open a pop-up window with instructions on how to use the different features on that particular page, plus links to additional support resources.
Help Center
After training, our help center articles are a great resource for finding detailed guides on various features.
Articles are organized into different manuals that correspond to different sections of the software. Jump to a specific manual by clicking the corresponding icon on the Help Center home screen, or search for specific content by keyword.
